SHIMIRAS HALOSHON....Guarding The Tongue

Tevet 14, 5770....Fifth Day....Yom Khah'mee'shee

Hello my is a cold day here in my little part of the world...19° Snow is on the ground and from the weather reports it will be staying with us for a while. I pray that where ever you are you are nice and warm and hopefully having good thoughts about the beauty of the snow.

That's kind of what is on my mind..thoughts and words. In this journey with YHVH it has taken me from the world I knew to a very different world. In the world I once lived in, you could be a 'Christian' but still live and be a part of the world. You could even still do this among the most pious of Christians. But in the world of YHVH, you must put aside the secular world for the Way of Elohim. You live in it but you are not a part of it,

In the past few weeks I and my fellow Believers have come out boldly against the pagan ways of the church and its holidays. It is good to speak truth and be bold but we must also watch our tongues and the words we say. I posted a quote from John Calvin about Christmas and a friend took it in a very bad way and now we are no longer friends.
My daughter and I had a falling out because of Christmas and now we are no longer speaking. And while I do believe these things are going to happen because of our faith and our being obedient to YHVH and Yeshua in being set apart people, we still have the obligation to watch what we say and bridle our tongues.

In studying about this, I came across this blog and it is truly wonderful and gets right to the heart of the problem. This particular blog is talking about how christians are but it also says alot to how we, who have now become Israelites, act sometimes to the christian, who is not observant. It says a lot as to how we are to let torah give us the instruction we need to be always shimires haloshion....guarding our tongue.

I send this out in love through Yeshua our Savior and soon coming King.....His Amma gloria

Proper Speech
Written By: Ahava © 2000

Romans chapter 2: 28 & 29:
He is not a Jew who is one outwardly, neither is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh. He is a Jew who is one inwardly and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the spirit, not by the letter and his praise is not from men, but from God.

Matthew chapter 12: 35-37:
The mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart. The good man out of his good treasure brings forth what is good and the evil man out of his treasure brings forth what is evil. Every careless word that men shall speak, they shall render account for in the day of judgment. For by your words you shall be justified and by your words you shall be condemned.

A Jewish child is trained up in the proper way in the reality of the purity of Torah. Every parent teaches their child to speak and takes great joy in hearing the words being formed on the lips of their babies.

In the christian world the greatest contrast I've experienced in the two cultures between Jewish and Christian is their language. Both cultures study Torah/Bible. Both cultures teach Torah/Bible. Both proclaim allegiance to God. What is the difference in the two cultures and which culture is living the reality of Torah/Bible?

There are christians who condemn the Jewish people for denying Jesus as Messiah. The only example of Jesus that the Jewish people have experienced is the example revealed to them through the Christian's lifestyle.

Christians proclaim with their mouth but their very words testify against them and cause the Israelite to turn away out of reverence for God and the holiness of His Torah.

Children are taught by their parents to speak. The difference between the Israelite children and what I've observed in the Christian children is the Israelite children are taught to speak in correctness of speech ordained by God through the Torah.

How do I know a Christian child is not taught in the same manner? It reflects through their conversations.

An Israelite child is taught to speak with Godly instruction. There are two forms of speech. One is correct, allowed and acceptable to God. This other is incorrect, forbidden and unacceptable to God.

The latter will never proceed out of the mouth of an Israelite parent knowing they are training up the child in the way they should live as adults. The Israelite child is taught Shmiras Haloshon, meaning “guarding the tongue”. The quality of exercising caution in matters of speech. Loshon Hara means “evil talk, speech which is derogatory or harmful”.

Proper speech is so vital to life that it contains the course of life within itself on behalf of all the days ahead for this child. Torah/Bible constitutes God's plan for how people should live with one another. Scripture are the tools given to us to remove anger, bitterness and jealousy from our hearts and to eliminate strife, hurt and divisiveness from among the people.

When we examine the workings of our words, we come to see our words define us. What we say and how we say it is who we are. Consider the unique nature of the tongue. It is partly hidden and partly revealed. It is usually not seen, but it is definitely heard.

God designed the tongue to reflect its function, which is to reveal the hidden self of one's thoughts, ideas and personality. The tongue takes these hidden elements from within the person and through words, brings that person into the open.

Obedience to Torah/Bible teaches us how to look at people, speak to people and speak about people. Torah/Bible reflects Gods wisdom. God knows the impact and ripple effect of every negative interaction. Torah/Bible teaches us that at the core of virtually every broken friendship, shattered career and relationship is a seed of hatred, a seed usually planted by a hurtful word.

Much pain and anguish of life can be averted by restraining ourselves from sowing these seeds. If one removes the negativity, gossip, slander and divisiveness from one's vocabulary, one automatically and dramatically improves one's own life and the lives of everyone in one's environment.

A few careless words between people can be all that is needed to forever alter the tenor of their relationship. One derogatory word which labels another person can create a false perception to appear true in the minds of all who hear it.

Words are the sole medium through which we fulfill our purpose for which we are created, which is to communicate God's salvation, greatness and presence to this world. Words of encouragement can dispel despair, even for someone in a terribly difficult situation. Words have the power to take what is ordinary and make it holy. Words can turn water into wine, a loaf of bread into an offering and a man and woman into one united in marriage. These all take effect through the powerful words of prayer.

The words we choose will determine what we experience in our life. By taking hold of our power of speech, we take hold of life itself. The mouth expresses the contents of the heart. In every interaction one should be focused on not causing pain. The mouth can attain the status of holiness.

Unfortunately when one uses his mouth to speak harmful words of Loshon Hora, (evil talk) that mouth becomes defiled. That is why Loshon Hora incapacitates the person, rendering him unable to effectively produce the words of prayer.

Speech has the power to literally redefine reality. Thoughts exist in a separate, private sphere. Once articulated, the thought is no longer a private matter. It becomes an item on the worlds' agenda, something to be agreed with or argued, proven or disproved, attended to or ignored.

A thought has no power to affect anything or anyone beyond the person thinking it. Once the person enters into conversation, offering his assessments, in that instant the thought is released into the world and sets out on a path of destruction. This will be shared with others, thereby altering their perception as well. It seeps into the subconscious and colors their future assessments of the person, pushing him out from among them.

Words are the seal. The victim will suffer from the voicing of that one word. No word is lost, all is recorded. Our words have a profound impact in Heaven.

Words spoken on earth are tools through which an accusation is lodged before the heavenly court. Satan is always ready with his accusations but he needs a second witness to set the judicial process in motion.

Loshon Hora has the drastic effect of turning oneself into satan's corroborating witness. The very words satan uses in making his accusation are the very words one has spoken against another.

Speaking Loshon Hora (evil talk) not only creates falsehood against a person but literally puts accusatory words into satan's mouth. What the speaker of Loson Hora has caused for another person comes back to him in equal measure.

Loshon Hora is a weapon manufactured solely from words, yet scripture teaches the harm those words create to be massive. So sharp a wedge does Loshon Hora drive between people that restoration at times is impossible.

Each word of such conversation is a sin of its own. Each carries the full weight of the transgression of Loshon Hora, setting into motion all of its destructive power. Thus, just one conversation can produce hundreds of sins. Loshon Hora diminishes its victim in the eyes of others. Once spoken, the words carve their own path, destroying in ways the speaker can never imagine.

Loshon Hora reaches back to its victim. The harm it does is extremely severe. For the disparaging words to reach back to the victim, it isn't necessary that there be a direct report of what was said and who said it. It can be obvious in an indirect way, by the changed manner in which others treat them. Each person's treatment of him essentially reaches inside the victim and robs him of his true standing with Christ.

Words penetrate the deepest levels of man. In the most seemingly meaningless
chatter, the words that pass between people work powerful changes on them and within them. What a person says, what a person hears and what others say about him can surely change the course of his life and even alter his substance.

Shmiras HaLoshon (guarded speech) is an expression of unity. Seeing the good in others. Being sensitive to the feelings of others. As one guards his speech and engages others in conversations that are positive and constructive by exercising restraint in speech, one draws himself closer to God and builds unity among brethren.

The person who guards his speech builds power within his spirit. This is the power of self-discipline, control over his impulses, producing an inner strength to restrain him, measure his words and living in accordance with Torah/Bible.

What we speak produces immediately in the spirit, bursting into the natural. When we stand before God what will we say when He asks us to account for the blood of another person we have murdered? We will look at Him and say, “I've never murdered. When did I shed innocent blood? My hands are clean”.

God will reply, I'm not speaking about your hands or self defense or weapons of warfare, I'm speaking about your mouth. Your own words testify against you. Your words were your weapons of murder. That one that I shed my blood for and died for came to emotional harm and mental anguish by the wound inflicted by the weapon of your tongue through your spoken words.

Today is the last day of Hanukkah....Hanukkah Day. It is also Shabbat and has been a blessing even though things have seemed to go terribly wrong.

There is nothing in my life that I won't talk about...there is nothing that is hidden. Oh I may have things I would rather not talk about but when confronted I would never say such and such didn't happen or even try and make out like I something I was not.

There was a time when I had to hide things because of the retributution I would receive. When there wasn't enough money to go around I would, as the saying goes..."rob Peter to pay Paul"... and would be terrified my husband would find out. I remember he had money set back for his race car...he was always spending money on his car....and we needed to pay bills and needed food too and I spent some of his money. I was so scared but after praying I told him what I had done because I knew that if I didn't and he found out it would be a double mark against me. Oh the punishment was pretty bad and not just on me..he also punised the kids but we survived....we always survived.

This act of deception....why are we always doing it? I say to all who will listen...we live in glass houses and He sees all that we do and He hears all we say....we can hide nothing from Him. And in the same sense...these glass houses are also a testimony of who we are. If we are truly the Believers that we proclaim to be then why are we worried about living in glass houses? Why is there so much deception?

Why? Because we are not who we say we are. We say things we don't mean and we try to fool those around us just so we can get praise from them or maybe even get help that we probably do not need. We have squandered our money and supplies so then we have to call out to others because we don't have enough now.

I am tired of it.

I speak out about the truth of our Elohim YHWH because it is so heavy upon my heart. I want all to know Him as He should be known. Not the false watered down god of the church...with all of its pagan days and ways....all its false doctrines and teachings.
No, I proclaim Him to be Who He is... THE GREAT I AM!

I have been dealing with a situation within my family for quite sometime. I don't even have to give a name. We have pampered her and coddled her. She has threatened to take her children from us so we can never see them again. She has threatened to kill them. And everytime we have ran and rescued her. We have given her money and the things she and her children needed. I even looked the other way as she acted out in a way that broke my heart. I have kept lies within me, lies that still surround us and it is as though we have to walk so carefully on broken glass lest these lies be found out. It puts a great strain on relationships. It has strained the whole family relationship.

I am seeing more clearly now that when we allow our Elohim...our do His will...we sometimes don't even realize what He is doing. I got my first glympse of this when a friend told me how she has been separated from her children because of her faith. Even with how hard it is, her faith has never waivered because she knew He had brought about the separation.

I am saying this now, even if this is what is happening to faith will not waiver. I had a childhood friend break away from being a FB friend this week because of the truth about Christ mass. I had seen this coming and had prayed about breakking from friendship with her...but her breaking it off was for the best. So now, I am at this place with a child of mine. She already lives away from us and tho I had looked at this as her moving because of spite...I see now it was His plan.

I will be honest and say she hasn't fooled me one bit, I knew she was straddling the fence..we all knew it..but we let it go. But today...well she would not be admit to what she was doing until it bacame a heated discussion and I do admit I said something I shouldn't have...I asked..."Are you nuts?" And with that she became very irate and that was that.

So I say HINENI! HERE I AM! Whatever happens....happens. YHWH, You have brought so much joy into my life and have given me friends all over the world who believe as I do. We walk in Your truth and we don't need to coddle those who want to pretend. We love then and pray for them but must we go along with their lies and trying to hide what they are doing or have already done? NO! I can't anymore. It makes me wweary!

I am not perfect...I do not claim to be...I allowed something to happen in my house that still haunts me...I allowed my son and his girfriend to stay together in his bedroom! I said...she has no where to go and I did make excuses but it allowed that sin to enter in here and I want that spirit it brought with it out of here!

Hanukkah means is a time to rededicate ourselves to Him wholy. It is a time to say I will separate the holy from the unholy and be set apart for Him!
And with this last light of Hanukkah we have entered into the month of Tevet. Tevet is considered a dark month and I feel the darkness around me. But His light has overcome the darkness. Even when it is not completely dark we have fears because we fear the shadows...but I say to not fear any darkness and do not fear the shadows because a shadow simply means there is a light shining somewhere nearby.
And what do I hear coming from the LIGHT?

HANUKKAH IS HERE! We have had such a good Hanukkah so far my friends! We celebrated on the second nite with family and friends....lit the candels, said the blessings, read scripture and prayed. We had wonderful food to eat and gifts for the children. We have played the Dreidle game and I must is very addictive. Three days of fun, laughter, family, food, games and the Light and love of Yeshua upon us!

O wondrous Hanukkah! It says in Isaiah 60:19...No more will the sun be your light by day, nor will moonlight shine on you; instead ADONAI will be your light forever and your Elohim your glory.

We who follow Yeshua walk in His light...we are permeated with His light. It is within us and it is His light that shines from us for all to see. He is the Light of the World. He is our salvation and because of Him, there is nothing we should fear. His light shows us the way to go when we are in doubt, it comforts us and brings joy to our hearts when we are in sorrow. It is in His light we walk and in His light we will live in forever.

His word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our paths. His words give light and understanding. For His mitzvah is a lamp, Torah is light, and reproofs that disipline are the way to life.

We who follow Torah live within His light and we are conspicuous to the world. They look upon us and think we are strange because we do not follow the way of the world. No we are His lights...we are His candles and when lit, we cannot be hidden. We are to be as a city on a hill that cannot be hid. All eyes are upon us and as has been written....some will admire us, some will commend, some will rejoice in us and study to imitate us, some will be in envy, some want to censure us and some want to do away with us. Why? Because we shine forth the light of truth for all to see.

We must be bold. We must rededicate our lives to Him and honor Him by always speaking His truth and never backing down. As He is the Light of the world and we are illuminated in Him...we must give this light to others.

Have a wonderful Hanukkah and let His light shine...shine...shine...hide it under a bushel?...NO! I'M GONNA LET IT SHINE!

Hanukkah or Christmas

Today is Kislev 22, 5770 and it is Fourth Day

It is Winter outside here in my little part of the world. Yes, snow is on the ground and the wind is blowing. Brrrr! IT IS COLD! No school for the grandkids today. How I loved snowdays when I was young. Of course way back then we didn't have the weather reporting like we do now. It was usually a surprise to wake up to snow....the technology was not there to see storms coming. We never knew when tornados were coming in the Spring and summer or snow in the Winter. IT IS 12° but the wind chill is much lower.

Hanukkah will be here in three days and we are so very excited! I was kind of upset about one thing though, my Hanukkah decorations were put in storage. It wasn't a problem until things were moved around and restacked. The boxes are in there tight and we aren't going to try and retreive them. But this will not deter me or keep us from having a wonderful time. So even though the Hanukkias or Hanukkah menorahs are packed away, I still have the candle holders I used the first year we celebrated Hanukkah.

This might be something that will come in handy for someone else. I bought two candle holders that hold four candles each....and then I use a taller candle holder for the Shamash. You see..the Shamash is always higher than the other candles. Shamash means servant. It is this candle that represents Yeshua. And from this servant light all the other candles are lit. One each night for eight nights till all are lit and shining bright.

I know by now anyone reading my blog knows I no longer celebrate Christmas and I think it is hard for other Christians to understand this.
When I started my journey into this Way of God or Elohim...I saw the beauty of His Holy Days...His Feasts and I recognised that there is no need for the manmade church holidays. They all seemed to me to be an attempt to usurp His authority. Now, of course, I have studied and found out the pagan roots of all that has been handed down to us from the Church of Constantine...the Great Usurper church or the Roman Catholic church. Some even call it the Whore church.

Christmas is pagan. Yes I know we all celebrated or are celebrating it with the best of intentions but should we not, when given truth, step away from it? YES WE SHOULD!

We hear so much about the 'spirit of Christmas'...the 'magic of Christmas'. But where does this come from? Yeshua uses no magic. His birth was not the result of magic.

This spirit and magic comes from the paganness of the whole holiday! LOng before the birth of Yeshua December 25th was the birthday of many pagan gods. This god went by many names, depending on when and who was in power at the time. At one time it was celebrated as Nimrod's birthday, later on this same god went by the Greek name Zeus and it was this same god's statue that was erected in the Holy of Holies in 168 B.C. by the Greeks and who also took a pig and sacrificed it on the altar and then choppd it up and boiled it and poured its disgusting remains over the Torah scrolls in the Great Temple!

It was because of this that the revolt came and finally the Jewish people led by the Macabbees were able to take the Temple back and cleanse it and light the great Menorah, which having only one vial of Priestly oil, it miraculously stayed burning for eight days till more oil was ready. Hallelu YAH! This great day was on Kislev 25, 165 B.C. This my friends was the First Hanukkah!

As I said before, this god was given many names but the birthday of this pagan god was always on december 25th. This was and is known to Jewish people as a pagan day.

At the time of the Romans he was named first Jupiter then Mithras, the god of the sun. The birthday, again was always December 25th and it was called...and I am not sure if I am speling this right.....Dias Natales of Evitus Solas....or the Day of Nativity of the Unconquered Sun.

I am sure that all know the story of Constantine and how he becme a 'Christian' and made Christianity legal in Rome. But, do we understand that in Rome it was an acceptable thing to be tolerant of other religions...except those outlawed, such as Christianity was. Christianity was NOT tolerant of other religions because it was a religion based on the saving grace of Yeshua's blood and in the one and only God YHVH. Constantine had a problem. The pagan gods were unacceptable in his new was he going to make Christianity accepted by the people?

He made a compromise with the pagans...they could go ahead and have their celebrations on December 25th but their god would no longer be named Mithras, he would become Jesus Christ. Just exchange one name for the other. So this Jesus became just a replacement..another name for the sun god. You can even see proof of this when you look at will see a halo behind the heads of Jesus and Mary and the saints of the church. You will see then behind the heads of angels. These are sundiscs, a part of the pagan sun god.

You see December 25th will always be pagan. No matter what you do or is the birthday of the sun god....use whatever name you want for is all the same.

Our Father's days are holy and we must not mix the holy with the unholy....we are to be set apart and we can only do this by coming out of the pagan ways and embracing his Ways.

Hanukkah means dedicate. When the Temple was cleansed and the first Hanukkah celebrated it was a for ever after a day that would be remembered as a day of victory and miracles!

So just as the Temple was cleansed and rededicated...let us look to this Hanukkah as a time to rededicate ourselves to our Elohim because we were cleansed by the blood of Yeshua
and our bodies are His Temple.

I give Him ALL praise and glory to Him for He is so good..His love and mercy endures FOREVER!

As always I only want the best for you. With love in and through Yeshua our Messiah and soon coming King...His Amma gloria

Boy, Do I Got Some Stuff To Talk About!

Hello my friends! It is a beautiful day in my little part of the world on this 13th day of Kislev, 5770.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and I hope yours was wonderful too. Everyone was up early in the house, me to cook and the other adults to go and move things from one storage unit to another. Of course as always happens, no one thought they had much stuff to move when in fact they had tons of stuff. And when this happens we tend to scratch our heads and wonder where all the stuff came from. Hmmmm!

My husband did get rid of some of his stuff but it didn't get thrown away..oh nooooo, our oldest son George could not stand it so Dad's stuff became a part of his stuff. See the whole point was, Daughter Maria and Son George were going to share a storage unit and Dad and I moved our stuff into a smaller one. This would leave enough room in the daughter and son's storage for the son's motorcycle to be stored during the winter and Dad and I would have enough room in ours for Dad's bike. But when Son George claimed all of Dad's unwanted stuff his storage became too full which meant Dad had to shove our stuff around so that Son George's bike would fit in our storage.

Whew! Yes I know. All I am thinking is...we did this so I would have access to my stuff and now? Well, I don't think so.

Ahhhh..but today is beautiful! The sun is shining and the air is crisp. I mean really....right at this moment all is right with the world. Hey...Missouri beat Kansas Saturday! What could be better than that? Oh yea.....maybe the Chiefs winning!

But I cannot gripe. YHVH has been too good to me. He is so good. His love and mercy endures forever!

He says to me in Psalm 32:8.."I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you."

What more could I ask for? His Name I will continually praise. No matter what is going matter what I go through I know I can depend on Him to help me through it. No matter how matter how big. And Hallelu YAH I am so thankful for a sense of humor! I must take after my Daddy...because I know He has a good one!

Through it all He understands....and He is there all the time.

I pray today that you know Him...and that you trust Him with all things concerning your life. Whatever you are facing him....TRUST HIM! Do not give up because He is right there. When things seem to go is we who have moved out of step...He never leaves our side.

It is is always darkest before the do not give up!

“You were tired out by the length of your road, Yet you did not say, 'It is hopeless.' You found renewed strength, Therefore you did not faint.” “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths." Isaiah 57:10 Proverbs 3:5-6

As always I only want the best for you! With love to you in and through Yeshua our Savior and soon coming King...His Amma gloria.

PS...Hanukkah is almost here...we are very excited!

Not my usual blog's one of those days!

6th of Kislev 5770

Good Morning! Today is Second day or Monday and Thanksgiving will be here in three days. Am I ready? Well, I have bought most of the food for our feast but I do have a few more things I need to buy.

I got up this morning thinking that I have so much to get done before the big day. Definatelly need to clean...which is a never ending chore around here. Yes, children in the house do make a difference and it doesn't mean just young children. My daughters, Jess and Maria, are big mess makers and neither seems to understand that it would help a lot if they would clean up after themselves. (My sons, Jason and George, lived here but the house never got messy..they kept their things in their rooms and neither did much cooking so I didn't have dirty dishes everywhere. Boy, girls are worse than boys!)

Of course Arrin is a big mess maker also. She uses the living room..which I guess most would call the family her do everything room. She watches tv, writes, draws, colors, plays and occasionally eats in there. And because that's where I dress her, her clothes are there a lot.

I guess I am having one of those days where I am feeling overwhelmed. Do you ever have them?

I look at the front room, we did get the majority of boxes and such out of there but we soon put more in is the dropping off place for things that are to go to storage, We still cannot sit on the couch because it is full of stuff.

The dining room is cluttered. I said yesterday, "there is no way I can pull the table out to use for Thanksgiving dinner because we can't rearrrange the living room furniture." I meant so we could sit at the table and eat.....of course the husband ssid I could pull it out and use it for the food. I guess he was thinking we will just sit whereever we can and eat. Oh well that's not the worst thing that can happen and the main thing is to have family here and good food to eat and be thankful for all we have and for those we love.

So I guess I will just buck up and get busy. I can't stay in here on the computer and expect for it all to get done, can I?

Dishes to do, a floor to scrub, pies to make, vacuuming, dusting.........................

She Looked Back

Cheshvan 21, 5770 First Day--Yom Reeshone

My Dear Mishpacha, yes that means and friends, I cannot believe it is already the middle of this month! Soon it will be Kislev and Hanukkah will be here. I am getting excited already!

We are having unseasonably warm weather here in my little part of the world. But it gives my husband and son a few more nice days to ride their bikes and that is a good thing!

Our Torah portion for this week is Hayyei-Sarah (Sarah's Life)..but forgive me.....I can't stop thinking about our Parashah from last week.....

This is the Torah teaching from First Fruits of is so very good..."Remember Lot's Wife".

Thought for the Week
For Lot's wife, who went forth with him, being of a different mind from himself and not continuing in agreement with him as to the command which had been given them, was made an example of, so as to be a pillar of salt unto this day. This was done that all might know that those who are of a double mind, and who distrust the power of God, bring down judgment on themselves, and become a sign to all succeeding generations. (1 Clement 11:2)

But his wife, from behind him, looked back, and she became a pillar of salt. (Genesis 19:26)
The Apostle Peter tells us that "righteous Lot" was oppressed by the sensual conduct of the men of Sodom, and his "righteous soul" was "tormented day after day by their lawless deeds." Nevertheless, Lot was reluctant to leave Sodom.

The Torah attributes Lot's rescue to Abraham, saying, "God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow" (Genesis 19:29). The angels compelled Lot and his family to flee from Sodom, dragging them by the hands. Then they told them, "Escape for your life! Do not look behind you" (Genesis 19:17). As they fled, though, Lot's wife looked back and "became a pillar of salt" (Genesis 19:26).

Why did she turn to salt? The region of Sodom and Gomorrah is in the area of the Dead Sea, also known as the Salt Sea. The Dead Sea is famous for its extremely high salinity. The shores of the Dead Sea are frosted in salt deposits. Because she turned into a pillar of salt, the natural salt of the Dead Sea area became a reminder of Lot's wife for the generations to come.

Yeshua often warned His disciples about the troubled times to come. He foresaw days of persecution, the coming destruction of Jerusalem and a catastrophic day of judgment at the time of His second coming. He warned His disciples that at the time of His second coming, people will be caught unaware and unprepared. They will be like the people Sodom and Gomorrah, utterly unprepared for the moment of judgment:

In the days of Lot they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building; but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. It will be just the same on the day that the Son of Man is revealed. (Luke 17:28-30)

Yeshua warns that we must be ready to let go of our things, our hopes, and our plans in an instant. We need to be able to let go of everything without turning back as Lot's wife did. He says, "Remember Lot's wife. Whoever seeks to keep his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it" (Luke 17:32-33).

He was referring to literally fleeing for one's life in a time of tribulation and cataclysm, but His warning also carries an important spiritual lesson. Lot and his family were nearly swept up in the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah along with the rest of the inhabitants, not because they were wicked like the rest of the city but because they had allowed themselves to become attached to the place and the people. They did not indulge in all the vices of the material culture around them, but neither had they maintained a healthy distance from that culture. When it came time to flee, they found that they could not let it go. The angels had to drag them from the city, and even then, Lot's wife could not help but look back.

Disciples of Yeshua are to be in the world, but not of the world. It is easy to let the comforts and mundane things of everyday life lull us into a sense of complacency. We tend to cling to the material world. It's busyness, pleasures and concerns distract us from matters of spirituality and godliness. If we cannot let go of materialism, we will be double-minded like Lot's wife.

While this is mainly comparing the ways of Sodom and Gomorrah to the way things are now and that so many will be unprepared for what is to come, I keep thinking "she looked back." Did she look back to see the destruction? No, I don't think so. I think she looked back because she was leaving her life behind. That was her city. Yes, a city full of debauchery but she was living well and must have been somewhat happy there. It may have been like cities today, you move there, people are nice, most are decent and as the city grows the morality changes. Look at San Francisco. It was not always the city of homosexuals and became that over time. Many generations of decent people lived there before it was transformed into what it is today.

All her memories were there...her life with Lot, raising her children and maybe she had some friends..who knows. She looked back because she desired what she was leaving behind.
She looked back because she didn't quite agree with Lot and their leaving....she was on a different page than her husband.

We must heed this lesson..not only for the days ahead that will be full of tribulation and distruction but for NOW.

Most reading this understand what I am saying when I describe our lives before the truth. We were Christians....from many different denominations. We were under the doctrines and traditions of the different churches who for the most part were and still are following the teachings and doctrines of the Catholic church. We all celebrated their holidays...Christmas and Easter and any other that seemed ok. We believed all the half-truths or lies that had been the mainstay of our religion.

But I know I am in a better place. I was desperately seeking Yeshua. I needed the truth in my life! I was saved at 12, filled with the Ruach Ha Kodesh at 23 and then finally after seeking the deeper meanings..the completness of Him....I became a true follower of Messiah at 51. There is no going back...there should be no looking back.

BUT we all do it for one reason or another. It is hard not to do when the old holidays are upon us. I do not desire to ever celebrate them again but I do remember the excitment, the anticipation.....the music, the many memories.

This is why making our new memories is so important. Our Father's Holy Days are exciting...yes, even more than the man made ones because He is truly in them. It is very important to make the days exciting for the children. Decorate the house, bake and cook special foods. Get articles and books about the holiday you are celebrating and read them, get coloring pages and crafts for the kids to do.....make the momories now that will last their lifetimes.

One day we will not look back at all...those days will be blotted out of our minds as if they never occured. We will have truly left the pagan days behind. No looking looking back!

Speaking the Truth

25 Tishrei, 6770 Third Day Yom Shlee'shee

My Friends, The Fall Feasts are over...sad but true. So much anticipation and excitement leading up to them and now they are gone....memories. Wonderful memories though.

As always, or so it seems, all my best laid plans don't always materialize. I want these Feasts..these holy Days to be wonderful for all those around me. I want them to feel the true joy of celebrating with our Elohim as He has commanded. I want that void that is there because of the pagan holidays to be filled with the truth and righteousness of these Holy days. Truth be told, we have all experienced that void. We come out of the pagan but we remember within us the feelings....the memories. We can close our eyes and we remember the smells...we remember the decorations....we remember the thrill of counting down the days...especially at Christmas. But you see, it was all a lie...all void of G-d. He never gave us those days...they came from man.

This journey with Elohim is even a lonely one at times. To be set apart as He desires means no longer being a part of the world as you once knew it...and having no desire to do so. When you seek His way you come into the understanding of who He is and what He expects of you. It is all there written in His is there for all to read but so many depend on others to read and interpret for them.

Now it is good to read other's teachings but always seek the truth. Something might sound right when you first read it but mull it over and see if it stands the test of discernment through Ruach haKodesh.

I have a boldness about my faith....and I never want to hurt anyone but sometimes our feelings do get hurt when the truth is presented to us. We are taken out of our comfort zone. I do speak out against the pagan ways...and this is in the Catholic church AND the Protestant churches. I make no bones about my dislike for the Catholic church because it is the Great Pretender church....the Church of Constantine. I do not hate Catholic followers...they have been and are being deceived.

I know my calling...have I kept my place always? I have gotten discouraged but I know that I am to speak out about the holy and unholy.

The following is a teaching from Rabbi Immanuel Ben Yehudah Ha Levi. He has become my dear friend. He speaks of the truth and being bold no matter what the cost.
As always I only want the best for you.
With love to you in and through Yeshua our Savior and soon coming King...His Amma gloria

Speaking the Truth & being bold no matter what the cost..

Here is something I would like to bring to surface, we are living in a perilous time, our society has been dumbed down. You may say to yourself how is this possible, it's simple the media, radio, television and yes public schools and the garbage they teach our children.

We have become a so politically correct society, ohh I don't want to speak out on something because it may offend or hurt your feelings. Beloved Yeshua was not afraid to speak the truth, neither were His Talmadim look to our ancestors the prophets, & look to Yeshua and His talmadim many were martyered for not only their faith, but speaking out against lies and half truths.

Look at the price Yeshua paid so that you may be freed, not free from the Torah but free from the tyranny of sin, and being decieved from sin, addictions and other demonic forces that try to consume a person. Yeshua was bold and spoke out, He had discourse witht the many Pharisistical and Saducean groups in His time. Yeshua calls one group a brood of vipers and is yelling at them, and another time He says if you were Avraham's children you would do the things Avraham did also, and it wasn't in a pleasant hippie type voice either.

The Church has been decieved and taught many lies, as in my people in Judaism also many have been taught a tree huggin hippie Jesus, this is far from the truth as Yeshua was a Jew. Jews have many discourses called midrashing and in those midrashing people are yelling and arguing when it's all said and done they walk away hugging each other and in on their way; it's part of our culture.

Many in these last days will be decieved because, they don't want to tell the full truth cause it may offend, or it may not be pleasent to others ears. Beloved do you not see the veil that has been pulled over your eyes, you don't have to wait for a beast system there is one already at work and has been for very long.

In Judaism, including in Yeshua's time, discussing the Bible is called Midrashing. And even in Jewish writings, many midrashings got heated. It didn't mean they didn't love each other, it was merely a discussion.

However part of the deception (Not all of it) is in front of your own eyes and you don't even see it. Let's see what Yeshua had to say about telling the truth and about the disobedience in the last days...

There are those who will be lost by the way because of disobedience to Yahweh's commandments. Not through the fault of a disagreement with their brother on the internet or at a Kehilot (Congregational) meeting. If people are that easily dissuaded their heart is not persuaded.

Mat 10:34 `Ye may not suppose that I came to put peace on the earth; I did not come to put peace, but a sword;

1Pe 2:7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner, ...

1Pe 2:8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

Does this sound like a Cumbaya hold my hand message, or does it mean that part of love is obedience to His commands and to His way. Yeshua knew that those that truly understood his message would face problems, for the Jew and Israelite that already knew Torah they would be cast out by their own families and friends and thought of as dead.

For the Gentile sojourning into the faith and returning 10 tribes people they would have inherited the lies of their forefathers, many Yehudim (Jewish people) also have by way of the certain things written in the Talmud and other writings that are extra. Many of the Gentiles would be banished from their friends and family because now that many of them along with the 10 tribes returning home have known Mashiach but are returning to Torah. - Zech 8:23

Yeshua was a Jew and never renounced his Judaism. It's common knowledge to practicing Jews, that you are to correct brothers and sisters in error. This is commanded by Torah. Therefore, the phrase (Love your neighbor as yourself) is right out of the ten commandments, Yeshua didn't make it up in the Brit Chadasha (Renewed Covenant). This is why you read Yeshua sometimes shows grace to some and other times rebukes.

If one says they are a Netzarim Yehudi/Israelite then they know the Hebrew/Jewish/Israelite Yeshua Ha Mashiach you also know that as a Jew/Israelite we will speak our mind no matter how peaceful. There is an onld saying put 2 Jews in a room together you get 3 opinions lol this couldn't be anymore true.

With this said, I agree we should come together and show love one to another, unfortunately we may not see the full fruition of this until the Messiah returns.(Quote by sister Walker) But I am encouraged at the enthusiasm that I see in others concerning the word of YAH. And no matter how much disagreement, I try to never take it personally. Hopefully I can say that I have a love for everyone in my heart.... Even if I disagree with them.

I don't go around intentionally wanting to hurt others with my words, nor should you either but when the truth needs to be spoken on certain matters, they just need to be told period!! We should love one another I agree but in love we also ahve to correct and rebuke at times, so long as it is a legitimate case and there is proof to back it up along with scripture and the MattitYahu 18 process.

The Ruach has shown me that this is a season of testing for beleivers, people are being weeded out to see who are the true and faithful one's and whoare the one's that are just paying lip service. If your heart isn't right with YAH please get it right while there is time..

Shalom to all of you in Yeshua's name,
Netzari Rabbi: Immanuel Ben Yehudah Ha Levi

This Day of Atonement

Yom Kippur Tishrei 10, 5770

This Day of Atonement....I have been tired all day. I did not have my coffee fix....the caffein boost that keeps me going all through the day. No food..nothing. The food...I don't miss it so much because I fast from food often although you would never know this to look at me.

What is this day all about? Why am I doing this?
Because our YHWH Elohim tells us to do so. Oh He didn't say WE are to fast and pray but there is no Great Temple where the High Priest would leave behind all the vanities of, drink, sex, washing, the wearing of leather...and he would enter into a "timeless and placeless realm".

For the High Priest "prayer was a hazerd, a venture of peril".
Why? Because the entrance into the Holy of Holies was a perilous journey. A rope was tied to his feet and with the bells jingleing at the bottom of his robe, he would be translated into the Great Place by YHWH. If he was found worthy...the offering was accepted...if not...his bells would no longer be heard and he would be dragged back into this unacceptable sacrifice.

But now, we are the sacrifice. We surrender everything in prayer. Upon this altar of prayer we place our lives and face our death.

"Standing between life and death in the Holy of Holies...this place of the Between...our priorities are transformed."

Yom Kippur introduces us to our own death. It is to remind us of what will be understand that life is precious and we should live it to the fullest. Not in vain chasing of everything the world has to offer but in the blessings attained by following the Way of YHWH Elohim through the Salvation of Yeshua HaMashiach and in the power of Ruach HaKodesh.

I pray this day has been a blessing to has to me. I have seen the food, no drink, none of the things I am so accustomed to....may we all see this and strive to live our lives according to His will and not ours.

As always I want only the best for you.
With love to you in and through Yeshua...His Amma(servant, gloria

"Get back....Move forward"

My dear ones...I am having such a hard time getting my words together! I have started writing a few times but it is as though I have a block. Oh yes, I have heard of 'writers block' but this is not like that because I am not a writer...well...I am in a way because I only want to write what our Elohim puts upon my heart. Oh yes, I have wrote some crazy things in the about the Barbie feet...but it was funny.....ok?

No, it is this season we are in. I have so many things going in my head, swirling around, so many things that must be said. I know that I talk a lot about the pagan holidays but this is so important....if you say you believe in Elohim..G-d....or you are a Christian and you have been saved ny the blood of Jesus...Yeshua....COME OUT OF THE PAGAN! It is very important!

Our Elohim made it very clear He did not want any who follow His way to falter and be in any kind of pagan worship. Do not bow down to graven images. " who would be doing that?" Ummm...let's see...millians each day bow down to an image of Jesus or mary or saints. Millions all over the world have images of gods and goddesses...its all the same...graven images!

And I have gone over the pagan, Easter, halloween, lent...ALL THESE ARE PAGAN. Then add to it ALL the holidays of islam, Buddism, Hinduism and any other religion other than the true Way of our Elohim.

"Boy, Gloria, you sure don't leave any room for anyone else to believe the way they want!" Well, no I don't because there is ONLY ONE TRUE WAY!

WE are in the season of repentance. No, this doesn't mean it is the ONLY time...He is always ready for us to repent and ask forgivenes of our sins but this is a very intense time. Today is Shabbat Shauva or Sabbath of Repentance. It is the Sabbath before Yom Kippur. Yom Kippur is tomorrow evening at sunset till the next evening at sunset. Is there something bothering you? Do things seem to be over powering you? This is the season of new beginings. Repent...put the past behind you and start a new.

But look at this......this Shabbat is also called Shabbat Teshuvah.

"It takes its name from the period we are currently in, between Rosh Hashona and Yom Kippur, known as the Ten Days of Teshuvah. Teshuvah is often incorrectly translated as penitence or repentance which, while giving some idea of what Teshuvah is about, tends to conjure up a very stark image of a 'sinner' who needs to 'repent' etc.

Judaism looks at it differently. The literal translation of Teshuvah is 'return'. This is because Judaism teaches us that humanity is intrinsically good and that if we should happen to stray from the path once in a while, this does not make us wicked or evil. It is simply a question of acknowledging our failings, gathering our bearings and returning to the right path, from whence we came. Teshuvah is the process of returning to the ideal which we originally and intrinsically possess. A much more positive way of looking at things than is suggested by the word 'penitence'.

This period, between Rosh Hashona (the New Year) and Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement) is a time for introspection, for reflection on the past and for taking on good resolutions for the future, to improve and to grow over the new year which has just started on Rosh Hashona, to return to our roots, to G- d and to ourselves.

So, while this season is about searching ourselves and repenting, He is asking us to return to Him. Put away the foolish things and follow Him."

Hoshea 14:2...Take words with you and return to YHWH. Say to Him, "Forgive all guilt, and accept what is good; we will pay instead of bulls (the offerings of) our lips."

10....Let the wise understand these things and let the discerning know them. For the ways of YHWH are straight , and the righteous walk in them, but in them sinners stumble.

Mikah 7:18-20...Who is an El like you...taking away crookedness and passing over transgression of remnant of His inheritance? He shall not retain His wrath forever, for He Himself delights in kindness. He shall turn back. He shall have compassion on us. he shall trample upon our crookedness! And You throw all our sins into the depths of the sea! You give truth to Yaakov , kindness to Avraham, which you swore to our fathers from the days of old.

Take hold of this season.....He is saying "Get back....Move forward"

In other words...Get Back to the true faith....then Move Forward in Him.

YHWH Elohim..our Father, is loving and kind but He is also stern in desiring our obedience to Him. He desires us to live in His principles..His Torah. In Torah is righteousness.
Come into the Light of Torah today.

Yeshua..the Word...Torah.

He is the Light of the world.

As always I love you and want only the best for you.
With love to you in and through Yeshua our Savior and soon coming King....His Amma (servant), gloria

YHWH Is With You

Elul 25, 5769

Oh my friends it has been a beautiful day in my little part of the world! The sun has been shining and I listened to a bird outside my back door singing. It was so wondeerful!

I have tried to write a blog for quite awhile but just couldn't seem to get the words to write. I started two..but was stopped cold. Maybe He will allow me to finish them at a later day, He has done that before.

I am very excited that the Fall Feasts are almost here. Daughter Jess and I are excited because it will mean the begining of Torah studies again and there is always so much to learn from Torah!

I am very thankful today because we have had answered prayer. My granddaughters, Aletha and Arrin, have been without healtcare insurance for a while because thier dad, Less has refused to put them on his military insurance. I have prayed hard about this and I know how our Father feels about the mistreatment of the girls. Maria found out today that we can go to Ft. Leavenworth and get temporary identity cards for the girls so they can go to the PX and the Commissary and they are fully covered now by Tri-Care Military insurance. Praise ADONAI! We are not wasting any time...we are going tomorrow morning!

Less will have 30 days to respond to Jagg then they will contact his Commanding Officer. He is going to have to stand up and be a man and father and take some responsibility for his daughters.

I praise You OH YHWH Elohim! I praise Your Holy Name! Kadosh! Kadosh! Kadosh!

These past days have been, for me, a time of seeking to find out things about myself. I keep hearing over and over agin..."Get back. Move forward!"

It seems that I am instructed to look back and see where I was....sometimes we do this and see that we have "come a long way baby to get where we got to today" and that is truth but I also see that I have stayed in the same place...or at least it seems so.

When I started this journey I was nowhere and I was seeking Him with fervor. I ate, drank, lived and slept the Word. I studied all the time. seeking His truth. Elohim was my teacher. He still IS my teacher. He ministered to me constantly. He showed me His power..His compassion..His love for me.

Let me tell you one story...I love the group 'Second Chapter of Acts' and one song was so powerful to me and spoke of Him singing over us with love. I knew it had to be in the Bible. I did search after search but I just could not seem to find it. Then one day I was at Wal Mart, looking at the greeting cards. I reached and took one...and as I read it I was amazed...I was overcome with the reality of His love towards me...
the song said "He will shelter us under His wings and sing over us' I was looking at this card..I don't remember what the verse said, although I bought the card and have it somewhere....the scripture was Zephaniah 3:17......"YHWH your Elohim is with you, He is mighty to save. He rejoices over you with joy, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing."

He has been my guide to all that I have learned. His instructions to me were to let Him be my teacher and to glean at the feet of others. To use discernment at all times.
I have done this...searching the internet for teachings...buying books that would further my walk with Him On His Path...His Way.

I am reaching back, searching the pages of my notes to see where I once is as though when I get back to where I was....I will move forward...far beyond this place I am at right now. I know I must move forward...we all must move forward because of what is ahead of us.

We are in perilous times and they are getting worse. We have to get ourselves ready....we have to be positioned for what ever comes our way.

I watched a video about the coming seemed so unreal to know that after all the years of hearing about these days, we are actually in them and the horrors are about to begin. I thought about the Muslims and their desire to take control of the world. As we are waiting for Yeshua to return and the Jews are waiting for Messiah...the Muslims are waiting for their al Mahde. It is said he will reign for seven years. Seven years? Hmmmmm...sounds familiar.

At this I think about a dream/vision I had about the endtimes. There was a vast area.....hundreds and hundreds of people were there...and also there were men in black clothes with black hooded things over their heads...and they had scythes and were beheading all the people. I have perceived these men as Muslim.

I also think about Daughter Jess' dream...the two constellations....the one above, representing the Father that was filled with wrath and overflowing into the constellation below, which represented Yeshua, Who was catching all the the overflow. But it was almost time for Him to let go and then He would no longer be able to hold it back.

These are days of sometimes having feelings of dread, of depression, of not feeling worthy...but we have One Who wants to help us through these times and get back on track......."YHWH your Elohim is with you, He is mighty to save. He rejoices over you with joy, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing."

Is It Too Hard?

SHALOM! Today is Elul 8....the countdown to the Fall Feasts is happening right now!
I am very excited as this is a very important time.

You know even before I knew about the Way of Elohim, I would have bouts of depression in the Fall but I never knew why. I now know it was because He was seeking me into His Way. I didn't have to become depressed over all that was happening in my life and in the world but I did not understand what was happening to me. It was during some of these fall bouts that I would have dreams and visions about the end times and that was very frightening. But, Hallelu YAH! I know in Whom I believe and I know His Way and it is NOT the way of man.

All my life as I was seeking God..Elohim..He was there with me. He was showing me little pictures of His way but because I only knew the way in which I was taught, I did not understand it.

I loved Psalm 19:7-10. We would sing this...

"The Law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul.
The Testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

More to be desired than they are gold, yea, than much fine gold,
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart.
The Commandments of the LORD are pure, enlightening the eyes.

More to be desired are they than gold, yes, than much fine gold,
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

The fear of the LORD is pure, eduring forever,
The judgements of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold,
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb."

I loved this yet did not understand it. I was not taught that His Law was perfect...I was taught that it had been done away with by Jesus. I was not taught about His statutes or His Judgements except that they had been done away with.

I was taught that there was no more Seventh day Sabbath because Jesus was LORD and He arose on a sunday and that's why we had new sabbath.

I was a sheep following the lies about Christmas and Easter and all the other false days...the pagan days, because that was what I was taught.

I was taught that the name of my Savior was Jesus.

But then I received Revelation and saw the LIGHT!

The 'church' will tell you that you live under grace because the Law...the Commands.... are too hard to keep....BUT they will tell you to believe and stand on the Word in Deuteronomy 28..that you will receive all the blessings and not the curses.

Let's see what the Word says you are to do to receive?

Follow His receive His blessings?

Is it too hard? Deuteronomy 30:10 says.....(talking about the blessings)....However, all this will happen ONLY if you pay attention to what ADONAI your Elohim says, so that you obey His mitzvot..commandments...and His regulations WHICH ARE WRITTEN IN THIS BOOK OF THE TORAH, if you turn to ADONAI your Elohim with all your heart and all your being.
VERSE 10....For this mitzvah I am giving you today is NOT TOO HARD FOR YOU. IT IS NOT BEYOND YOUR REACH.

Yeshua said is Matthew 11:30...(and He is speaking of Torah)..."For My yoke(Torah) is easy and My burden is light."

Look at this...Deuteronomy 30:11 amd Matthew 11:30!)

Was Yeshua serious about Torah? Read Matthew 5:18-20..."Do not think that I have come to destroy the Torah or the Prophets. I did not come but to complete. For truly, I say to you til the heavens and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall by no means pass from the Torah til all be done."

My Friends, Yeshua died for our sins...grace abounds..and ALWAYS HAS...but hearts need to be changed about YHWH's Commands. THEY ARE NOT TOO HARD FOR YOU AND IN KEEPING THEM THERE IS WISDOM AND JOY.

Yeshua is the living Torah.

To follow Him is life.

As always I want only the best for you.
With love in and through Yeshua...His servant, gloria

Forty Days of Awe? What Are You Talking About?

Elul 1, 6769 Sixth Day Yom Ha'shee shee

Hello Dear Ones. Today is a wonderful day in ADONAI! I praise His Holy Name!
Today is indeed very special. It is the begining of the Forty Days of Awe!
Why is this particular time called the Forty Days of Awe? Let's see if we can understand what happened on this day......

On the early morning of the 1st of Elul of the year 2448 from creation, Moses ascended Mount Sinai, taking with him the stone tablets he had hewn by Divine command, for G_d to re-inscribe the Ten coommandments. On the mountain, G_d allowed Moses to "see My back but not My face"--the closest any human being ever came to knowing G_d---and taught Him the secret of His "Thirteen Attributes of Mercy" (Exodus 33:18-34:8).

Moses remained on the mountain for 40 days, until the 10th of Tishrei(Yom Kippur), during which time he obtained G-d's whole-hearted forgiveness and reconciliation with the people of Isreal following their betrayal of the covenant between them with their worship the Golden Calf. This was the third of Moses' three 40-day periods on Mount Sinai in connection with the Giving of Torah. Ever since, the month of Elul serves as the "month of Divine mercy and forgiveness".(From Today in Jewish History)

My Friends, This is a time of personal change and renewal. We must seek Yah and allow Him to search our hearts. What do we need to be forgiven for? Have we done something to someone and we need to make things right? What can we do to understand His Way better? Do we need to work on our family life? It is a time of soul searching. Definately of renewal!

As I have come further into the Way of Elohim, I have continued to read and process Prophetic words from those who are not yet in His Way. They are still in the "church system" but very definately being used of YHWH. I have for quite awhile read different 'Words' being given and as I was instructed, have looked to see what 'pops' out of the pages for me. But, I have also seen how these Prophetic voices are also intune with the days and times of Yah. They do not understand it yet because they are still walking in the other place. He uses who He will and we who have 'eyes to see and ears to hear" will understand this.

What I am saying is...these Words are so many times, close to the heart of YHWH, and He will speak thru them. I have seen in the past where He is saying..."Repent. Get right with Me. Come out of the place you are in and come to Me." Most who read the Words are not understanding what He is saying except to try harder in the place that are at. They should instead be listening to Him and come out of the pagan church and into His LIGHT.

Here is a Word thru Marsha Burns....see if it does not reflect the 'days' we are in...what does it say to you? Be open with ADONAI and He will reveal to you what you need to do. He is in the field...He is accessable RIGHT NOW!

"I am opening the recesses of your heart to reveal the basis for attitudes and motivations that are detrimental to your relationship with Me and with others. As you look honestly at what I show you there is a great opportunity for healing of things that have rooted themselves deeply in your soul. Now is a time when you can gain much needed liberty of body, soul and spirit. Allow Me to do this deep work in you," says ADONAI.

Because there are those who desire to know come into the understanding of The Way of Elohim, I am going to be praying and diligently seeking Him as to what He wants me to do. He obviously instructed me to start this blog, which I have been negligent of.

I ask forgiveness RIGHT NOW. I ask that You use me in any way that You desire. I humble myself before You my King! You have taught me the Way I should go. You have instructed me and given me knowledge. So with this I will do my best to give instruction to others so they will find their way along the path of rightousness.

First, start right now to come into understanding. This is the time of reaching in and getting right with our Creator. I do want to add this, He gives us so much grace. WE, who have accepted salvation thru Yeshua know in whom we believe but with that belief comes obedience to His Way, which is keeping His commands...or instructions. This means honoring and observing Sabbath...His Sabbath...the Seventh Day Sabbath. It means keeping Torah. Yeshua is Torah...the living Word. Grace abounds, though. All during our Father's days and months are times of seeking His forgiveness and doing whatever we can to make things right.

Yes, right now we are to ask forgiveness and seek His face but before Passover, we are to sweep clean the leaven from our homes...sweep clean the sin from our lives. All during His year, we can reach out and seek Him and be confident He is always there. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Surrender right now! Surrender to Him all the things deep within you. If there is an issue of unforgivenesss between you and another person, pray about resolving the issue. If need be, seek forgiveness if you have wronged them and if it be that they wronged you, FORGIVE THEM. Let that burden go. Unforgiveness will root itself deep within you and it will be hard to dig out if it is allowed to grow. But if you are diligent, if you keep reafirming to yourself that you forgive...forgiveness will become a part of you.

Seek out wrongs and make them right.

As always I only want the best for you.
With love to you in and through Yeshua, our Savior and soon coming King....His servant, gloria

Av 23, 5769 Yom Khah'mee'shee Fifth Day

*From the Temple Institute.......
See, I set before you today a blessing and a curse."
(Deuteronomy 11:26)

A blessing and a curse imply both the freedom (privilege), and the responsibility of choice. It is our privilege to choose good or bad, right or wrong, blessing or curse, but it is our responsibility to choose always the former. The freedom of choice is a gift outright from G-d , who created man in His image and endowed him with the ability, (by choice), to emulate G-d by doing His will and walking in His ways.

Thus begins this week's Torah reading of Re'eh, a word which means "See! Envision! Understand!" Torah sharpens the picture for us some verses later when it states simply, "You are children of the L-rd, your G-d ." (ibid 14:1) Yes, as children of G-d we too have a share in the eternal, notwithstanding the mortal clay from which our our bodies are fashioned. But to exist beyond our own finite selves, we need to focus, to see ourselves in the context not of our own limited lifetimes, but in the context of the generational continuum of mankind. For what we choose to do, or not to do, in our lifetimes resonates and reverberates in the generations that will follow. By doing what is right in G-d's eye, by embracing the blessing and rejecting the curse, we truly become His children, transcending death and time itself......

How are we to understand this? The entire Torah is predicated on the principle of man's freedom to choose. The entire Torah is dedicated to teaching man to choose responsibly. This Torah imperative can be seen in the very creation of man himself, and in the first actions taken by Adam and Eve, right up to the final words uttered by Moses on the day of his death, at the close of the book of Deuteronomy. Man's choice, not G-d's ! G-d's will is fixed, immutable.

We are G-d's children, and our Father only wants what is best for us. Just as any father has a vision of what is best for his children and tries to imbue them with that vision, so too, G-d places before us the clear vision of what He knows is best for us.
Let's try seeing things G-d's way, making His choice our choice.*

My Dear Ones, Could it be any clearer that this is not the 'legalism' that the Christian world says it is? From the very begining our Elohim gave us freedom of choice.
And that is exactly what is on my mind today and I sit here in my 'Angel room', (my computer room)and ponder why we make the choices we make!

I have said before that it is amazing to me to see how our father works....even in Quantum Physics. In the different demensions of the universe. Right now it is believed there are ten demensions...our Elohim being at 10. The best way I have seen to explain this is ....we are at a parade...street level...we can watch the parade go up the street and down the street and our best view is right in fron of us. But think of our Elohim as being on top of a high building where he can see the whole street and therefore can see the parade from the beginiing to the end. Along the way are side streets and at any given moment the floats and bands and such can choose to take a side street. But if the want to stay in the parade...if they want to win the prize...they stay on the direct parade route.

This is how He has set it up for us. We have freedom of choice which does involve blessings and curses and He directs our paths towards righteousness but we are a stubborn people and we think we know best for us and we choose to get off of His path ...His parade route. I am a guilty as anyone...I am maybe the worst. I have heard His Voice telling me which way to go and I am still a rebellious child sometimes.

We who are parents know how this is, when our children choose to do the opposite of what we know is best for them. We see the trouble brewing in their lives and we try desperatly to steer them away from it but so often they reject our advice and go their own way. Then when things go wrong they come to us expecting us to help them get back on track. Unfortunately, that doesn't last long and they go their own way again.

Does our Father have patience or what? But, we must realize that while He does forgive we are going to have to face the consequinces of our actions in one way or another. It may not be today or tomorrow but it will come. And then we can look back and 'see' how we brought these things upon ourselves.

I can look and see exactly what I have done and when I did it as to some of the problems plaguing my life. And what can I say? That I have got to listen more closely to His Voice! I have got to follow more closly His instructions in His Word!

Her said to me..."Be as My servant, Harriet." He was speaking of Harriet Tubman. He led me to her real story and she was amazing. Yes, I know I say that about her but she truly was! She knew His Voice! She followed His instructions. Her life and the lives of so many others depended upon it. We are coming to this time in our lives where we need to KNOW HIS VOICE.

Read it again......

This is very important.....we sometimes do things because we feel it is the right thing to do. We feel we must, say, give money to this charity or that or we mybe you met someone and you feel it is the right thing to do to bring this person home and help could be a number of different things....STOP. PRAY. Do you know His Voice well enough to know what He wants you to do? We have got to get out of the mindset that we are obligated to do certain things...we are obligated to listen to Him and do as He wants us to do.

When we do what we feel is right and it is not what He wants us to do, troubles will come down the road. I know, cause I have done this and now I look back and se that I was 'doing the right thing acccording to all the ways of man and the christian(I so hate using this word but it is the only word one can use to describe the church out there.) teachings' but it was not what I should have done.

When I started this blog today I was thinking about my sons. My oldest married a woman who was not who he should have been with. Now he has moved back in with me again. His wife does not belive as he does. If he will stay this course, if he will put her behind him and get back on the path our Elohim has for him..all things will work for his good.

My younger son has an on again off again relationship with his girlfriend. They need to stay away from each other and I have counseled him about this. He says he is listening then he does the opposite. His troubles are only going to multiply because of her and hopefully he will come to his senses and listen to what I have to say and take it to heart.

So just as we have rebellious children, we are rebellious to our Father. We are living in a time when time is running out. Our Elohim has been patient with us. He has always had a people..always the Jew..the Jew FIRST..but even when Constantine took the Word of Elohim and changed it into the pagan. Our Elohim reached out with the truth and a few stayed close to Him. Even after the Reforamation and not all pagan was removed and the 'church' did not follow the true way of Elohim...He reached out and a few followed him. As the years have past by, He has stayed where He was...the same yesterday, today and has been man who has wandered from His path. and even as christians gather to praise and worship Him, they too have wandered off the path but He is calling them to come back. Come back to restoration. Restoration of His Name! Restoration of His Torah! My batttled cry iS RESTORE!

And maybe, just maybe, if we listen more intently to His Voice and heed what He is saying and follow His instuction, our children will begin to listen to us and do what is right.

I love you and only want the best for you!
With love in and through Yeshua...His servant, gloria

God, Where Are You?

Av 15,5769 Tu B'Av

"Where is God?" So many ask this. They look at the way the world is and can a loving God allow so much evil to prevail in this world? WE expect evil to be punished and good to prevail but it doesn't seem to always happen this way.

*According to the sages...."If, instead of seeking to do good and learn the lessons of God's reward and punishment, people choose to gratify themselves against God's will, and they slip into the solth of vegetation instead of striving for spiritual and moral advancement, then God withdraws, as it were, from close supervision of the world's affairs. If people are deserving of God's intimate supervision of their deeds, He no longer rewards and punishes in an obvious way. when that happens the world is clouded by the Concealment of God's Countenance. Those are the times when Jews..(and all the world)...wonder, ' Where is God?' and when there is fuel to feed the passions of those who blaspheme that there is no God.".......

Wicked, dishonest people appear to be ascendant everywhere, degrading values that we hold dear and subjugating good and sincere people. Such times can drive people to hopelessness and despair, can make them wonder whether there is any point in attempting to serve a seemingly uncaring God.*

Right now, at this very time, there are those among us who are questioning if God exists because of all that is happeneing in this world. Why is there hunger, strife, hatred, poverty, and sin? Why does it seem that God looks away from some of the horrors happening?

One might ask, why did He look away and allow someone like Barrack Obamma to become President of the United States? Yes, it seems as though He was looking the other way but He wasn't it. I have said all along, the people clammored for a King..just like the people of Israel clammored and God allowed them to have a king...KIng Saul.

And what about Hitler? Wow, another man who came to the people and promised so much and showed himself as an oracle of hope and change...hmmmm...sounds kind of familiar.
But, who finally revealed his true colors as a man not of integrity and honesty but one of evil and death.

And, we might ask...where was God when His Way was distorted by the coming of the Catholic church....the church of Constantine...the Usurper church? How could something so wonderful and full of truth and light, as the Gospel was, become so full of pagan traditions and teachings, so full of idol worship and half-truths and lies?

And, where was He when the Reformation came to be and still the lies of the Catholic church prevailed and has held captive His Body all these years?

Where is He? Where He has always been and where He will always be.

So even though there is wickedness in this world.....
*EVEN THEN, God does not cease to regulate the world and move it to His ultimate goal. The Attribute of Judgement may not be visable, but beneath the surface, the Attribute of Domination of God's Oneness is always active.*

It is said that there were three kinds of Jews in Egypt and this relates to this world we live read this....get it within your spirit.....THREE KINDS......

*there were some who perceived God in everything; they were not in exile at all in the truest sense, because nothing impaired their awareness of God in all things.

At the other extreme, there were those Jews who were equally not in exile, because they had so thoroughly assimilated into the beliefs of Egypt that they considered themselves to be Egyptians, albeit enslaved and persecuted. Their goal was not to leave Egypt, but to be accepted by their masters. For such people no redemption was possible, and they died during the plague of darkness.

Finally, there was the mass of Jews in the middle. They were in exile because they were not a part of Egypt nor did they wish to be. But they had sunk very low, almost as low as a Jew can sink without being utterly and irreparably lost. For them the hidden Hand of God was truly a healer.

In this there is a message for all of us in whatever condition we may be in, for all three catagories of people will always be present and all three aspects may be within all of us to a certain degree but there is hope. If you are unswavering in your faith and you see the hand of God in all things and you know that you know that you know He is in control then Praise the LORD. Do not give up.

But if you see that you are one who is very comfortable with this may not like what is happeneing but 'we are the world and we are one', you believe, then you should reevaluate and seek God and His Way. Death and destruction is coming and the way of the world is not going to save you.

You may be the third kind...and you may not even know it. We are told so often that we cannot straddle the fence. We either believe in Jesus or not. But what about coming to the Way of God? Renouncing the way of man and his church doctrines and traditions and pagan ways and coming over to the truth. There is only one way to salvation and that is thru Yeshua/Jesus. But what after that?

Do you stay in a church that goes by the teachings of the Catholic church that does not observe the Sabbath of God? Do you follow the traditions of man and this church that does not observe and celebrate the Holy times and days of God but instead observes and celebrates the pagan days of the Catholic church? Do you follow the church doctrines, traditions and teachings that say the Old testament is not for the Body of Messiah? That it was done away when Yeshua began his ministry? Do you straddle the fence of unsound doctrine?

The Word became flesh and that Word was Torah and that flesh was Yeshua. He did not come to do away with the Law..the Torah...but to fill us full of it.

Where is God? God where are You?

He is here...where He has always been. He never moves...but we do. My desire? To move ever closer to Him. To keep moving closer till when you see me you see Him. When you look into my eyes, you see His eyes. I want to be so close to Him that His light radiates around, thru and all over me. And that is my desire for you too.

I love you and want only the best for you.
With love to you in and through Yeshua, our Savior and soon coming King....His servant, gloria

Av 14, 5769 Third Day Yom Shlee' shee

Boker Tov! Good Morning! A wonderful morning it is! I woke up to the sound of my Severe Weather Radio going off so I have been up a litle while. We have had rain this morning in my little part of the world but it has not been threatening. Hallelu YAH!

Each day is a wonder to behold! I am amazed at the glory of Elohim..He is so good...His love and mercy endures forever! I think about how far I have! I wasn't raised a Believer and I fought hard for it. I wanted God in my life...I yearned for Him but my parents and siblings were not interested. I struck out with Him, alone. But I was never alone, He was always with me! I thank Him that He placed people in my life to fill in the gap. Like the woman who convinced my Mom to allow me to go to the altar and receve salvation. Looking back now, I already had my salvation but we were taught you must do it publically. I think about my sister in law and her former husband who led my husband and I into the Assemblies of God and into the Baptism of Holy Spirit...Ruach HaKodesh. I am thankful for all those He placed in my life down thru the years. I am not even close to any of them now. It is like the saying.."Ships passing in the night". They were there for a reason, a purpose. Each one bringing something wonderful into my life..into my walk with God.

I did not always stay close to Him...I wandered off a few times but He never moved. He stayed right there close...His angels always around me, protecting me...keeping me in my ways. He blessed me with a beautiful singing voice and I loved singing for Him. It was my desire to sing only for Him but when I became bitter over problems in my marriage and I stopped voice went away. When I had my last child, Jessica, I refused to sing while holding her..I shut myself up and then one day I went to sing and my voice was gone.

My desire for Him took many turns...always searching His Word....always seeking Him...then I realized something was happening to me....I truly needed more of Him. More than I was getting in a church...or from TV evangelists and Christian shows. I knew I was going somewhere Spiritually I had never gone before. I desired to have my hair shaved off. I had hair down to my bottom...I always became sick when it was cut but I just felt that this needed to be done. So I had my long hair shaved off. The family was furious except for Jessica, my youngest child, who would become my Sister in Elohim.

We both desired to be closer to God. It began just the two of us doing what we knew...from the Christian teachings we had. At one point we tried to get close by delving into some Catholic lent and such...OH Hallelu Yah, I am so glad He took us from the pagan and into His light. (It seems that a lot of people seeking Him are turning to these pagan ways desireing to be closer...this does not lead to him but AWAY FROM HIM. It is a false religion and although you feel religios and in a deeper is FALSE. it is a lie from Satan!)

You know a lot of people are searching for Him and they too are bringing the pagan into their lives. But the truth is, we know no better. We all, for the most part, have grown up in the pagan way. We live by its calendar of days, months and years. We are taught, even in school, to honor its days....Monday tru friday are work days, Saturday is the day to get all your running around and shopping done and Sunday is the pagan sabbath...its day of rest. We are taught about the Pagan holidays even in school....Halloween, Christmas(Christ's Mass), Valentine's Day, Easter, St Patrick's Day and any of the other myriad of days.

BUT there is a better way and it is the Way of God...of Elohim. I was seeking and He was there all the time. He led me into His days...His Holy Days...I bagan a journey in discovery. I did not know His feasts and festivals were for ME. I had been taught they were for the Jewish people..I did not go by the Old Testament, that was for the Jews too. I always knew that the Jewish people kept saturday Sabbath and a few Christians did too but I was always taught we observed our sabbath on the LORD"s Day, never knowing the truth of where it came from. Just blindly following the shepherds of the flocks. The same with the pagan holidays. We always celebrated Christmas and Easter because we were supposed to. These are Christian holy days...never knowing or being taught that they were not Biblical and were of the Catholic church and PAGAN!

But when I was seeking Him He was there and He showed me the truth. It is there for anyone to see....He desires ALL to come into His truth. I have always been taught that we Gentiles are to make the Jewish people jealous because of our faith. I never understood it. The Catholic church...the Great Pretender church and Church of Constantine...NEVER made the Jew jealous. It made him angry and hateful towards it. This church persecuted, tortured and killed the Jew...and so many others because they refused to believe in their pagan sacrements and traditions and worship of idols.

So, somehow, in the minds of the erly Catholic church they began teaching their way was the ONLY WAY. And down thru the ages, even after Protestant religion came to be, we have expected the Jew to become jealous because we follow a sunday sabbth, holidays that were NEVER instituted by God and a whole system that has been for the most part set up by man. Hmmmmmm.

So what will make the Jew jealous? By our total commitment to Elohim and following His Way. To seek His Face. The early church...before the Catholic church...was a church that followed the Tanach and Torah. All who taught were grounded in the Word...the Yeshua. They were Kadosh...holy and set apart for Him.

THIS will make them jealous..if we, as Believers in Yeshua, follow the Way of God...the Way that Yeshua taught and His followers knew as truth. Not the bunk we have been taught for about 1700 years.

What do I think about the great men and women of God who have come up thru the years who were not in His Way? Elohim is everywhere. He even infiltrated the Catholic church and was able to reach a few good men and women. And He came closer when the Reformation fell short though because so much of the pagan was retained in the Protestant churches. But He kept on touching lives and He used those willing to be used. Unfortunately, so many were so clouded in the 'new doctrines' they did not reach out to Him and receive the fullness of His Word.

BUT NOW....RIGHT NOW.... all who desire to walk closer to Him have the choice....follow His Way or the pagan way of man. Hakarat ha'emet means acknowledging the truth. Won't you? Pray and allow Him to clear your mind. Allow Holy Spirt, Ruach show you, teach you the Way of God..of Elohim. Our Father desire for you to come out of the Pagan.

Look and see what He says about worshipping the pagan way. You may be a man/woman who is being used of God. You may have a ministry that reaches out to others. God has used you but if you are in the pagan ways of man's church, how long will our Father indulge you?

Maybe you don't think it is are saved and that's all that counts...well...why not be safe than sorry?

Yeshua is coming soon. He is desiring a body of believers who know His Way. Who understand His feasts and festivals. Who understand His teachings in Torah.

Where are YOU?

I only desire what is best for you!
With love to YOU in and thru our Savior and soon coming KING, Yeshua.....His servant, gloria

He who Seeks Finds

AV 7, 5769 Third Day Yom Shlee'shee

He who Seeks Finds from First Fruits of Zion
Thought for the Week

So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened. (Luke 11:9-10) (Luke 11:9-10)

But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul. (Deuteronomy 4:29)

Moses warned the children of Israel that if they strayed from the Torah and worshipped idols, God would exile them from the land of Israel and scatter them among the nations. Nevertheless, He would not abandon them. Moses says that a person only needs to repent and seek the LORD. "You will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul" (Deuteronomy 4:29). Similarly, Yeshua teaches, "He who seeks, finds" (Luke 11:10). If we earnestly seek God and reach out for Him, He will not hide Himself from us.

We should never congratulate ourselves as if we have already attained the goal. A person should always regard himself as a seeker of God. "Seek the LORD and His strength; seek His face continually" (Psalm 105:4). The prophet Amos tells us, "Seek the LORD that you may live" (5:6).

Even if we have found the way to God through the person of His Son, Yeshua, this is only the beginning of the quest, not the end. The real life of faith is an ongoing pursuit of the LORD. The contrite heart continues to seek God each day and continually cries out:

I shall seek You earnestly; my soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. As the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; when shall I come and appear before God? (Psalm 63:1; 42:1-2)
Seeking God is the pursuit of righteousness. "Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness, who seek the LORD" (Isaiah 51:1), the prophet says. In another passage he clearly states that seeking the LORD entails repentance:

Seek the LORD while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. (Isaiah 55:6-7)

The one who seeks finds, but what if a person does not seek? It is possible to go through life in a state of numb self-contentment, continually distracted by the things of the world. "They do not look to the Holy One of Israel, nor seek the LORD!" (Isaiah 31:1).

One often sees children brought up in religious families who seem to nurture a bored disinterest toward God and the things of the kingdom of heaven. Their faith is an inherited faith that has never taken root. They have no desire to seek God for themselves, and they quickly fall away from faith. There are also the lost in the world who do not have enough knowledge of God to know to seek Him. As believers, we need to encourage everyone to seek the LORD

A FEW WORDS FROM ME...gloria....what did I think when I read this? I think of the 'church' and how it is. I am talking about that great body of people who go to a service at a church..any denomination on any given sunday. I believe so many love the LORD..I did...when I was under all that false teaching...under the pagan ways of the church....but I see that so many are reading the words being put out to them. The truth and they read them and might post a 'like' on Facebook or make a comment but they are not seeing the truth. They read but do not digest it or something would happen with in them and they would come out of the religious hypocracy that has been handed down to them for 1700 years.

What am I saying to you? If you are in a church that holds its services on a sunday and calls that sabbath...or it might say it's the LORD's day and this took the place of the Father's Sabbath and if that church teaches you about Christ's mass and Easter and any of the other handed down pagan days then you need to recoginse that there is a way...the Way of YHWH. It is the old way..the old path. It is the path of Yeshua. Who is Yeshua? He is the Son of YHWH! He is Torah!

You may be doing a mighty work for ADONAI but quit straddling the fence...come on over to His Way.

I only say this because I want the best for you.
With love to you in and through Yeshua...His servant, gloria

For A Better Life

Tammuz 28,5769 Second Day-Yom Shaynee
Well, again,. I haven't written in a while. I did write another blog the other day but felt the leading not to publish it just yet. ADONAI IS so good!

When I started my journey into the Way of God, I did it without teacher and men of God around me. I didn't know where it was leading me except I KNEW it was ALL from Father. I had been seeking a deep walk with Him all of my life...with some straying of of His path, here and there. But, no matter what I was doing or where I was, I always felt His hand upon me. So, He led me into His Sabbath and His Feasts and Festivals and His Torah. It didn't happen over was a process.

The first Holy Day of Elohim that we observed and celebrated was of Pentecost for the Christian world. This was before I observed Shabbat or had started studying His Torah. And even though I didn't know how, according to Jewish teachings I listened to ADONAI and did as He said.

I knew enough to bake two loaves of bread to wave before Him. And we did some wonderful praying. He instructed me to bake two chickens..but to leave one covered and take all the meat from the bone of the other. During the meal, everyone kept saying how the chicken tasted like turkey and there was so much meat. That one chicken did not run out seemed to have an unending amount of meat! It fed the whole family and kept feeding till everyone was full and there were leftovers. AND we had not touched the other chicken! I am telling this so you will understand that His Way is the best way.

You can go your whole life in the Christian world, be under a good man of God, praying, worshipping, praising but if you are following the way of man....the way of the pagan church...if you are celebrating a Sunday sabbath, Christmas, Easter, and any of the other myriad of holidays that the way of paganism has laid before those who desire to walk with God, then you need to pray and pray some more and seek God about observing and celebrating His Sabbath and His Holy days and times.

There is coming a day, a time, when He is going to require that His Commands be followed. To have salvation in Yeshua is the begining but He says to study and show yourself approved. Read what He with understanding....Yeshua is Torah....He is the complete Word of God and He came to fill us full of Torah.

I will not say that the road is an easy one to follow. It is hard to give up a whole lifetime of holidays and have to put memories into perspective but when you come into the understanding that all you have been taught since the begining of the Catholic church has been half-truths and lies, then you 'see' the bigger picture.

Yes, the Protestants came away knowing that salvation only comes from our Yeshua haMashiach and there is no Biblical reason for the sacrements and such and Mary is not to be worshipped but so much was retained. Some early Protestants got away completely and did not follow the pagan christmas celebrations and the other pagan aspects of this pretender church but it has sneaked its way back in. There is news of some Protestants who are allowing lent and other days of that church to be in their churches. And some have started following the way of it in belief they can reach God. God will not be mocked.

No one can make you follow the Way of God. This has to be your choice. To make you would be as the Pretender church who persecuted and killed those who did not follow its ways. That is NOT the Way of God. You have free will and He respects it. But, He has set those around and about who will continue to preach about His way...just as Yeshua came and left His Apostles and followers to tell the people there is a better way.

I will tell you I did not give up church all together at first. As I came into His Way and observed and celebrated His Sabbath, I continued going to sunday services,. NOT AS A SABBATH, NOOOO, but as a day to worship which could be any day of the week. He is to be worshipped and praised everyday. My pastor, at the time, was a Godly man who observed Shabbat and did not celebrate the pagan days, although most of his congregation did. He did say as some do, that to observe Christmas and Easter was to do so as a memorial to our LORD. I remember at one Easter, when he said that he looked straight at me as if to get confirmation that it was alright. I had not come completely out of the pagan and was teetering on the fence. Now, I would not even be in a Easter service. So I remember just nodding at him as if to say, yes, it is just a memorial. LORD forgive me for being blinded back then!

I say to you, you can go to sunday services IF you can keep the Sabbath separate from it. And if you can refrain from the pagan holidays that are celebrated in these churches. BUt if the struggle is too much, come out. Come to the Way of God and see that it is good.

I love you and want the best for you and if the LORD had not laid this upon my heart I would not have written it.

The following tips are from a friend and they are marvelous. We can all live by these. And if we begin to incorperate a few into our lives I believe we will reap the benefit.

God Bless YOU!
With love to YOU in and through Yeshua our Savior and soon coming King...His servant, gloria
